Ware Man Charged With Kidnap Firearm Offences After Harlow Incident

Thomas Pasquariello, an 18-year-old from Ware, Hertfordshire, has been charged with kidnap, threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a private place, possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and assault by beating following a disturbance in Barn Mead, Harlow. Essex Police were called after reports of a firearm discharge and disturbance on July 31, and Pasquariello was arrested the next day. He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on September 2, 2025. Police are appealing for witnesses who were in the Barn Mead area between 3 pm and 4:45 pm on the day of the incident to provide any information, emphasizing that even small details could assist the investigation.
