Fastest NHRA SS/AH Cars Compete at 2025 Hemi Challenge

The 2025 Sox & Martin Hemi Challenge, the longest-running specialty race in NHRA history, will return to the NHRA U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, featuring HEMI-powered 1968 Super Stock Dodge Darts and Plymouth Barracudas in thrilling heads-up competition. Legendary drag racing innovators Buddy Martin and Herb McCandless will attend, with Martin serving as honorary starter and both reflecting on their historic victories and the event’s legacy.
