Hayley Williams Releases 17 New Singles on Streaming Platforms
Hayley Williams, the Paramore lead vocalist, has released 17 new solo songs as individual singles across streaming platforms after initially sharing them on a password-protected website accessible via her Good Dye Young hair dye brand. The collection, produced by Daniel James and released through her independent label Post Atlantic with distribution by Secretly Distribution, features collaborations with artists like Brian Robert Jones, Joey Howard, and Jim-E Stack. Notably, the songs, including "Mirtazapine," "True Believer," and "Ice In My OJ," are not packaged as an album, allowing fans to create their own track sequence. Williams debuted some of the new material live at the Newport Folk Festival prior to the official release. The cryptic lyrics in the songs have sparked speculation about a possible split with Paramore guitarist Taylor York, although neither has commented on the rumors. This release follows Williams’ busy 2025 with collaborations alongside Turnstile, David Byrne, Moses Sumney, and a feature on Taylor Swift's "Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)."
