Martensville Halloween Display Supports Food Pantry Fundraiser

Several communities are celebrating Halloween and Bonfire Night with unique and long-standing traditions. In Martensville, Ron Gurski hosts a large Halloween display featuring over 50 inflatables, mostly minions, while raising food and cash donations for the local food pantry. Madison Manor continues its four-decade-old Halloween bonfire tradition, with longtime organizers passing the responsibility to younger community members to maintain the event's legacy. Forres is preparing for its bonfire and fireworks night but urgently needs adult volunteers, especially for traffic management and security, as some expected helpers have withdrawn. Banbury and nearby towns are also hosting various Bonfire Night events, offering family-friendly fireworks and bonfires, with some events supporting local charities. Additionally, The Vale Golf and Country Club is hosting a family-friendly bonfire and low-noise fireworks display with food and drinks, emphasizing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all ages.
