In Illinois, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Charles S. Lacock, who has not contacted his family for three months and was last seen at a shelter in Peoria. Meanwhile, in Muncie, Indiana, 50-year-old Joshua Stephen Black, wanted on multiple warrants and considered armed, fled deputies but was later captured after a manhunt involving drones, K-9 units, and multiple agencies.
