Harrelson Rules Out True Detective Reunion

Not a chance" return as Detective Marty Hart on True Detective, arguing the first season "turned out great" and revisiting it could "tarnish" the original. Creator Nic Pizzolatto has said he has an idea to bring Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey back, and McConaughey has indicated he’d be open if the script were "good enough," but Harrelson’s refusal makes a reunion unlikely.
