Skybound Announces Invincible VS 3v3 Fighting Game for 2026 Release

Skybound Entertainment and developer Quarter Up have officially announced Invincible VS, a brutal 3v3 tag-team fighting game based on the popular Invincible comic and animated series. The game, developed by Skybound's first in-house gaming studio, features a roster including iconic characters such as Mark Grayson, Atom Eve, and Viltrumites, with gameplay inspired by tag fighters like Marvel vs. Capcom and the intense violence of Mortal Kombat. Invincible VS will include ranked and casual online multiplayer modes, a single-player story campaign, and various game modes such as Training and Arcade, emphasizing brutal combat with bone-breaking combos and vicious super moves. Set to release in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, the game aims to deliver an authentic and intense experience that co-creator Robert Kirkman described as the best superhero fighting game in the universe.
