Four Men Jailed for Callous Murder of Taxi Passenger in Newham

Four men have been sentenced for the brutal killing of 26-year-old Anselam Senaj, who was fatally stabbed in the back of a taxi in East Ham on November 11, 2023. The attack was executed by a group using a stolen vehicle to block the taxi, leading to a violent assault where Senaj was stabbed through the window. Muhammad Saqib Khan, the main assailant, received a life sentence of 26 years for murder, while Muhammad Samiyul Miah was sentenced to 25 years. Ibrahim Naim and Zain Ali received 10.5 and 14 years for manslaughter, respectively.
