Bodies of Woman, Infant Found in Lake Michigan Chicago Under Investigation

On Saturday, two tragic recoveries were made from Lake Michigan on Chicago's South Side. In the morning, the body of an unidentified infant girl was pulled from the water near 57th Street Beach and pronounced dead at the scene. Later that afternoon, the body of a 31-year-old woman was recovered near 63rd Street Beach, with police conducting a death investigation pending autopsy results.
