ACC Ltd Q1 Profit Rises, Falls Versus Prior Quarter

ACC Ltd, part of the Adani Group, reported an 18% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to approximately Rs 6,035 crore for the June 2025 quarter, with net profit rising 4.35% to Rs 375.42 crore. Cement volumes reached a record 11.5 million tonnes, up 12%, and ready-mix concrete revenue surged 26.67%. Operational efficiencies, higher prices, and strategic deals offset typical seasonal weakness. However, consolidated net profit declined 50% from the previous quarter's Rs 751.04 crore. Standalone profit after tax also rose nearly 5% to Rs 3.85 billion. Leadership cited gains from digital transformation and cost control, and ACC projects continued strong demand driven by infrastructure and affordable housing.
