Four Seasons Hotel in NYC Set to Reopen

After a four-year battle over profits and fees, the Four Seasons Hotel in New York, owned by Ty Warner, is set to reopen in September 2024. The agreement includes selling 50 of the 368 rooms as residential apartments to offset costs. The closure, which began during the pandemic, involved disputes over profitability and fees, leading to lawsuits from laid-off employees. Apart from the New York location, another property, the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara, also owned by Warner, will reopen in spring 2025.
