Iran Exploits Swedish Gangs to Target Israeli Interests

An investigation by CNN has revealed that Iran is recruiting minors in Sweden through social media to execute attacks against Israeli targets, including the Israeli embassy in Stockholm. The Swedish Security Service (SÄPO) reported that orchestration of these attacks involves gangs like Foxtrot and Rumba, who manipulate young recruits with promises of money and status. Notably, a 14-year-old fired shots near the embassy, while a 15-year-old was arrested with a weapon but received a light sentence due to his age. This rise in youth involvement reflects a broader trend of organized crime exploiting children amidst Sweden's escalating gang violence. Experts express concerns that these tactics mark a new phase in Iran's conflict with Israel, extending its influence into Europe.
