Texas Man Arrested for Trespassing Mar-a-Lago to Marry Trump Granddaughter

A 23-year-old Texas man, Anthony Thomas Reyes, was arrested at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate after scaling a perimeter fence shortly after midnight on June 3. Reyes told authorities he intended to "spread the gospel" and marry Kai Trump, the 18-year-old granddaughter of President Trump and daughter of Donald Trump Jr. The Secret Service detained Reyes without incident, confirming that no members of the Trump family were present during the breach. Reyes has a prior trespassing warning from an earlier attempt to enter Mar-a-Lago and now faces misdemeanor trespassing charges with bond initially set at $1,000 and later raised to $50,000.
