Porsche Launches 2026 Taycan Black Edition

Porsche has introduced the 2026 Taycan Black Edition for the base Taycan, Taycan 4, and Taycan 4S, now standard with the Performance Battery Plus that delivers an EPA-estimated range of up to 318 miles and 509 horsepower. The Black Edition features exclusive gloss black trim, illuminated Porsche insignia, and 21-inch wheels, alongside 14-way seats, Bose surround sound, Lane Change Assist, and Surround View with Active Parking Assist. Customers can choose from various exterior colors, not just black, and further personalize their vehicle via Porsche’s Sonderwunsch program. The model is designed to boost interest in the Taycan, currently Porsche's slowest-selling vehicle. This launch reflects Porsche's strategy of releasing special editions to invigorate sales and compete in the growing electric vehicle market.
