Two-Vehicle Crash in Sheboygan Causes Serious Injuries, OWI Arrests Reported

A two-vehicle crash occurred on July 28 near Willow Creek Lane on Lakeshore Road in the Town of Sheboygan, seriously injuring a 23-year-old man who was the sole occupant of a northbound vehicle. The crash happened when a 52-year-old southbound driver attempted to turn and struck the northbound car. Speed was a factor for the northbound vehicle, while alcohol use and failure to yield were factors for the southbound driver. The 23-year-old was flown to the hospital with serious injuries, and the 52-year-old sustained minor injuries.
