Cocaine Found in Ingram Borough Trick-or-Treat Bag

Ingram Borough police in Allegheny County are investigating after a parent discovered a small, knotted bag containing a white powder among a child’s trick-or-treat candy Saturday night; preliminary field tests indicated the substance was positive for cocaine. Authorities say it is unclear where or when the baggie was placed in the child’s treats and there have been no reported incidents related to the discovery.
