Oklahoma Football Unveils Expanded Front Office Staff
Oklahoma Football has announced a significant front office overhaul, led by General Manager Jim Nagy, as the program adopts an NFL-style organizational model. The new hires include Lake Dawson as senior assistant GM, Taylor Redd as assistant GM, Drew Hill as director of scouting, Kale Pearson as director of high school scouting, Stacey Ford as director of player personnel, and Charlie Parkinson as assistant director of college scouting. Collectively, the staff brings 127 years of NFL and collegiate experience, with involvement in 36 bowl games, nine Super Bowls, and five championships. Nagy highlighted the deliberate hiring process and the value of blending NFL and college backgrounds for competitive roster building. The appointments are pending approval by the OU Board of Regents and have already contributed to recruiting successes. Separately, Ohio State athletics leaders Jerry Emig and Janine Oman have announced their retirements, marking transitions at another major program.
