Shipley led the field with 30 birdies and shot a final-round 64 to reach the playoff, earning $180,000 and moving to third in the Korn Ferry Tour points standings. His win comes after becoming only the sixth player to earn low amateur honors at both the Masters and U.S. Open in the same year. If Shipley stays in the top 20 through the season, he will earn a PGA Tour card for 2026. He has also gained popularity for his relatable personality and appearances on Netflix's 'Full Swing.'
