From September 10-19, eligible Visa cardholders with debit, credit, or reloadable prepaid cards can register on FIFA.com to participate, with winners notified starting September 30 and assigned a purchase time slot in October. Approximately one million tickets, around 15% of the total expected 6.5 million, will be available through this Visa Presale Draw, giving fans a unique chance to secure seats before the general public sales.
