Roblox Surpasses 100 Million Daily Users, Raises 2025 Bookings Outlook

Roblox Corporation experienced significant growth in the second quarter of 2025, driven largely by the viral success of the game "Grow a Garden," which attracted over 10 million daily active users and set a world record for concurrent players. The company reported a 41% year-over-year increase in daily active users, reaching 111.8 million, alongside a 58% rise in total hours engaged and a 51% jump in bookings to $1.44 billion. This surge in engagement and monetization led Roblox to raise its fiscal 2025 bookings forecast to between $5.87 billion and $5.97 billion, contributing to a more than doubling of its stock price and pushing its market capitalization close to $100 billion. Roblox credited its growth to multiple factors including platform performance improvements, creator incentives, and enhanced discovery algorithms that help surface high-quality games quickly.
