Dozens Injured in Hudson River Party Yacht Crash

A mega-yacht named Timeless, carrying approximately 350 to 400 passengers on a party cruise, crashed into a pier on Manhattan’s Hudson River near 125th Street on Saturday afternoon. The collision caused chaos onboard and resulted in at least 35 people being sent to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, mainly from slips, falls, and contusions. Emergency responders, including the FDNY and EMTs, quickly arrived to treat victims and help disembark all remaining passengers. The U.S. Coast Guard and NYPD Harbor Unit have launched an investigation, though the cause of the crash is still unclear. Some passengers described a sudden, violent impact and confusion due to limited communication from the crew. There were no fatalities, and authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
