HHLA Appoints Jeroen Eijsink CEO Effective October 2025

Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) has appointed Jeroen Eijsink as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2025, succeeding Angela Titzrath who is stepping down after nine years. Eijsink, who brings over 25 years of international experience in logistics and transport, has held senior roles at Deutsche Post DHL, C.H. Robinson, and most recently as CEO of the Girteka Group, where he led a strategic realignment. The Supervisory Board praised his proven leadership in transforming complex organizations and his clear focus on efficiency and innovation, which they believe will strengthen HHLA during a critical phase of development. Eijsink expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him and emphasized his commitment to driving HHLA forward in a dynamic logistics environment. The appointment term is initially set for three years, highlighting HHLA's intention to ensure future competitiveness and success under his leadership. The change in leadership occurs after the Port of Hamburg Beteiligungsgesellschaft SE became HHLA's majority owner, marking a pivotal moment for the company.
