Meanwhile, Britain's Brad Hall and Taylor Lawrence achieved their nation's first podium finish of the season with a silver in the two-man race, trailing behind Germany's Johannes Lochner. In the men's competition, Francesco Friedrich secured another victory, marking his 49th World Cup title. Chinese bobsleigh pairs also competed, with Li Chunjian and Shi Yaolong finishing sixth.
