Diana Health Raises $55M to Expand Women's Health Network
Diana Health, a women's health company partnering with hospitals to provide whole-person care, has raised $55 million in a Series C funding round led by HealthQuest Capital, bringing its total funding to $101 million. The company operates nine to ten locations across Tennessee, Florida, and Texas, offering integrated services including obstetrics, gynecology, midwifery, mental health, nutritional counseling, and wellness support, aiming to improve maternal and women's health outcomes. With a focus on extending appointment times, reducing unnecessary interventions like C-sections, and addressing the maternal health crisis in the U.S., Diana Health supports over 80,000 women annually and seeks to combat challenges such as hospital labor unit closures and obstetrician shortages. As part of the funding round, HealthQuest Capital's Witney McKiernan and Dr. Neel Shah, former chief medical officer of Maven Clinic, have joined Diana Health's board to guide the company’s expansion and clinical programming. Diana Health’s model centers on midwifery-led care teams working alongside OB-GYNs and mental health professionals to deliver safer births, stronger postpartum care, and more connected experiences for women and families. The funding will be used to scale the company’s physical footprint, deepen clinical programs, and enhance its digital platform, reinforcing Diana Health’s mission to create sustainable, high-quality women’s health programs in partnership with hospitals.
