Multiple Kentucky Counties File Land Transfers, Death Certificates

Recent courthouse records from several counties in West Virginia detail numerous land transfers, death certificates, and marriage filings from late July 2025. Mason County reported multiple land transactions including transfers involving Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Inc. and private individuals. Boone County recorded significant land sales, including a large 1,074-acre transaction in the Peytona District and multiple smaller property exchanges. Fayette County’s records featured land transfers between private parties and organizations such as Syner Foundation Inc. transferring parcels to the State of West Virginia. Greenbrier County also saw numerous land transfers, including sales to trusts, LLCs, and private individuals across various districts. In Texas, the Tom Green County Detention Center logged nine arrests over one day with charges ranging from driving without a license to theft and drug possession.
