Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eugenio Suarez made MLB history by hitting four home runs in a single game against the Atlanta Braves, becoming the 19th player ever and the first since 2017 to do so. Suarez homered in four consecutive at-bats, with his fourth tying the game in the ninth inning, but the Diamondbacks ultimately lost 8-7 in extra innings. He is just the third player to hit four home runs in a game his team lost. Suarez entered the game in a slump but now leads the majors with 10 home runs this season.
