Iberia Probes 'Free Palestine' Labels on Kosher Meals

Argentina’s DAIA Jewish organization condemned the act as discriminatory and demanded explanations from the airline. Iberia apologized to the affected passengers, asserted its rejection of discrimination, and confirmed that the crew documented and escalated the incident internally. The airline is now working with its catering providers to determine how the messages were added, with early indications suggesting the labels came from outside the crew, likely the food supplier. The Anti-Defamation League and other Jewish organizations have urged a thorough investigation and appropriate action. The incident comes amid recent allegations of antisemitism involving another IAG-owned airline, Vueling.
