British singer Ella Henderson has revealed she was diagnosed with endometriosis in January after years of struggling with symptoms such as stomach bloating, physical pain, and mental health challenges. Despite initially feeling that her symptoms were dismissed and 'all in her head,' the diagnosis brought her a sense of validation and empowerment, allowing her to take control of her health. Henderson has partnered with Endometriosis UK to raise awareness about the condition, which affects one in ten women in the UK and often takes nearly nine years to diagnose due to widespread misunderstanding and dismissal of symptoms. She hopes her openness will help others feel less alone and encourage earlier diagnosis and better care.
