Man Drowns at Closed Bradenton Apartment Pool Party

Tchaly Orphee, 27, drowned early Monday morning during a party at the Fountain Lake Apartments pool in Bradenton, Florida, where about 25 people had gathered despite the pool being closed and unlit. Orphee, reportedly not a strong swimmer, was found lying at the bottom of the pool around 1:30 a.m. and pulled out by bystanders who tried to revive him with CPR.
