South Bend, Indiana, offers a Curb & Sidewalk Reimbursement Program to help property owners cover part of the costs for repairing sidewalks, curbs, and ADA-accessible ramps. The city reimburses up to $15 per foot for curbs and $20 per foot for sidewalks, with higher rates available in designated target areas where the need is greater.
