Alex Mahon appointed CEO of Superstruct Entertainment

Alex Mahon, who has served as Channel 4's CEO since 2017, will become the new chief executive of Superstruct Entertainment, a major live entertainment group operating over 80 music festivals across 10 countries. Her move comes after nearly eight years leading Channel 4, during which she navigated the broadcaster through significant industry changes. Superstruct, recently acquired by KKR and with CVC Capital Partners as a minority stakeholder, is known for high-profile festivals such as Boardmasters, Wacken Open Air, and Sónar.
