Eminem’s STANS Documentary Premieres in 1,600+ Theaters Worldwide

Eminem has produced and executive-produced a new documentary titled "Stans," inspired by his iconic 2000 song about an obsessive fan. The film explores Eminem's complex relationship with fame, his private persona, and the passionate fanbase that has grown with him, blending archival footage, dramatic recreations, and original interviews. Directed by Steven Leckart, "Stans" offers an intimate look at how Eminem's music has shaped and been shaped by his superfans, with rare insights into the emotional connections behind the term "stan," which has become part of mainstream culture. The documentary will premiere in over 135 AMC theaters across the U.S. for a limited run from August 7-10, and will also be released internationally in more than 1,600 cinemas through Trafalgar Releasing. Tickets will be available on AMC’s website starting July 24, and the film will feature a week-long awards-qualifying run at AMC Empire 25 in New York. An accompanying soundtrack with unreleased music is also planned.
