Zilisch Becomes Youngest Six-Time Xfinity Series Winner

Connor Zilisch, who recently turned 19, secured his third straight NASCAR Xfinity Series win at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, marking the 100th series victory for JR Motorsports. With this win, Zilisch became the youngest six-time winner in Xfinity history and contributed to JR Motorsports' ongoing record streak of top-five finishes. The race was chaotic, featuring a collision between Justin Allgaier and Kyle Larson that ended Allgaier's race after he led the most laps. Zilisch overtook rookie Taylor Gray with two laps remaining and held off Sam Mayer, who finished second, while Gray took third. NASCAR penalized Austin Hill five laps for reckless driving after an incident involving Aric Almirola. Team owner Dale Earnhardt Jr. praised Zilisch’s exceptional talent and celebrated the team's milestone achievement.
