Jesy Nelson Brings Home Premature Twin Daughters

Jesy Nelson, former Little Mix star, has brought home her twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, after nearly three months in the hospital due to a high-risk pregnancy complicated by twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). The twins were born prematurely at 31 weeks and required emergency surgery and extended care in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Nelson, who turned 34 on the day of the twins' homecoming, shared the milestone with heartfelt photos on Instagram.
