PGA Tour Champions Reveals Record $69 Million 2026 Schedule with Two New Tournaments

The PGA Tour Champions has announced its 2026 schedule featuring 28 events and a record total prize money exceeding $69 million, highlighting the circuit's growth and strong sponsor support. Two new tournaments debut: the Portugal Invitational in Algarve and the Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic in Pennsylvania, expanding the tour's international reach alongside events in Morocco, Scotland, and Canada. The season will begin in January at the Mitsubishi Electric Championship in Hawaii and include all five major championships, notably with the Senior PGA Championship held at The Concession Golf Club in Florida for the next three years. The Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs will remain a three-event finale, concluding with the championship at Phoenix Country Club in November. This schedule also marks the eligibility of notable players like Tiger Woods for the Champions Tour in 2026, adding excitement to the season.
