Inter Miami to Open Miami Freedom Park in 2026

Inter Miami CF will move to their permanent home, Miami Freedom Park, in 2026, marking a significant milestone for the club. The 131-acre development will feature a 25,000 to 26,700-seat stadium, a 58-acre public park, youth athletic fields, retail locations, restaurants, hotels, office spaces, and an entertainment venue. Co-owners David Beckham and Jorge Mas have expressed their excitement, emphasizing the project's vision and its importance to the South Florida community. The development will be completed in phases, with the first stage, including the stadium and park, set to open in late 2025. The second phase, featuring additional retail and entertainment options, will coincide with the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The new stadium may also host Lionel Messi, who joined Inter Miami in 2023, potentially extending his contract to be part of the team's inaugural season at the new venue.
