Hong Kong Macau astronauts complete rigorous spaceflight training for debut mission

Two astronauts from Hong Kong and Macau have successfully completed rigorous training and are in good health as they prepare for their debut space missions, according to the China Manned Space Agency. They have integrated well into the astronaut team and completed foundational training in space-related theory, physical fitness, psychology, and adaptation to the space environment, along with specialized mission-specific training such as desert survival and emergency evacuation drills. Their skills and mental and physical capabilities have notably improved. Meanwhile, the Shenzhou-21 crew is set to take over operations of the Tiangong space station from the Shenzhou-20 astronauts following a scheduled launch and docking, with all systems and astronauts reported to be in good condition. The handover will mark a continuation of China's manned space activities, supported by successful launches and operations of cargo and crewed spacecraft.
