Ohio State Announces 2025 Athletics Hall of Fame Class

Ohio State University announced its 2025 Athletics Hall of Fame class, featuring 10 inductees from different sports, with former football standout Billy Price as the only football player in this year's group. Price, who played at Ohio State from 2014 to 2017, set a program record with 55 consecutive starts, won the Rimington Trophy as the nation's top center, and was a two-time All-American before retiring from the NFL in 2024 due to medical reasons. Other honorees include Bianca Alvarez (diving), an eight-time All-American and Big Ten Diver of the Year, and Katarzyna Dabrowa (fencing), Ohio State's first women's epee national champion and a three-time All-American. The induction ceremony will be held on October 3, 2025 at the Covelli Center, with on-field recognition during the Buckeyes' game against Minnesota on October 4. The 2025 class will join 501 previous inductees, highlighting Ohio State's tradition of athletic excellence across multiple disciplines.
