Martin Scorsese’s Fox Nation Series Renewed for Record-Breaking Season 2
Martin Scorsese's docudrama series "Martin Scorsese Presents: The Saints" has been renewed for a second season on Fox Nation, premiering in November 2025 and concluding in May 2026 to span the Catholic Holy season. The eight-episode season will each focus on a different saint, including Saint Mary the Virgin, Saint Peter, Saint Carlo Acutis, Saint Patrick, Saint Paul, Saint Longinus, Saint Lucia, and Saint Thomas Becket, exploring their lives and extraordinary acts of kindness, selflessness, and sacrifice. The series, created by Matti Leshem and developed by Scorsese for Lionsgate Alternative Television, was Fox Nation's most watched and highest engaged series ever, breaking viewership records during its first season. Scorsese, who serves as executive producer and narrator, expressed his long-standing passion for telling the stories of saints and excitement about returning for the new season. The episodes will be released in two parts, with the first four rolling out weekly starting in November and the final four airing in spring 2026. The show is written by Scorsese's frequent collaborator Kent Jones and produced by multiple production companies including Sikelia Productions and Weimaraner Republic Pictures.
