Doctor Odyssey Crew Sue Disney Over Harassment, Firing

Three former props department members of ABC's 'Doctor Odyssey'—Caroline Mack, Alicia Haverland, and Ava Steinbrenner—have sued Disney and 20th Century Fox, alleging sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. The lawsuit claims assistant prop master Tyler Patton repeatedly subjected them to sexual jokes, unwanted touching, explicit comments, and distribution of pornographic content, often in front of management. Despite prior sexual harassment allegations from his work on 'House,' Patton was hired, and was terminated only after the women reported his behavior to human resources and their union. After his dismissal, the plaintiffs allege Tammie Patton, the prop master and Tyler's wife, retaliated by assigning demeaning tasks, making threats, and ultimately dismissing them under the guise of layoffs. The suit alleges Disney and 20th Century Fox were aware of the hostile environment but failed to act.
