Gunna, NFL Stars Host Youth Empowerment Camp in Texas

Gunna, the Atlanta rapper and four-time Grammy nominee, is hosting a free Youth Football & Empowerment Camp in Frisco, Texas, on June 21, joined by NFL players Laremy Tunsil and Charles Omenihu. The camp aims to inspire and empower 130 local youth through football training, mentorship, life skills workshops, giveaways, and exclusive gear, emphasizing mental health and overcoming adversity. Participants will engage in hands-on football drills, a Q&A with the hosts, and a gaming tournament where they can compete against Gunna and the NFL stars. The camp is a collaboration with DistinctlyHIS Ministries and other organizations focused on faith-based mentorship and community support. Gunna highlighted the camp’s focus on building a resilient mindset, encouraging kids to commit to their futures and push through challenges beyond sports. Both Tunsil and Omenihu expressed their commitment to inspiring youth by providing opportunities and nurturing dreams despite limited resources.
