Singapore Seeks Compensation for Oil Spill

Singapore is seeking compensation from the owners of the vessel responsible for an oil spill last week. The spill was caused when the Singapore-flagged Marine Honour was struck by the Netherlands-flagged dredger Vox Maxima, leading to significant environmental damage.
