Roper Technologies reported Q3 2025 adjusted EPS of $5.14, narrowly beating the $5.11 consensus, and revenue rose 14% to $2.02 billion (about 8% from acquisitions and 6% organic). Application Software led with $1.16 billion in revenue (up 18%), Network Software grew about 13% to roughly $413 million, and Technology Enabled Products advanced about 7% to $443 million. EBITDA was $810 million (a 40.2% margin) and free cash flow increased 17% to $842 million. The company deployed about $1.3 billion on acquisitions including Subsplash, Convoy Platform and Orchard, and said recent deals contributed roughly $0.10 of EPS dilution. Management narrowed full‑year adjusted EPS guidance to $19.90–$19.95 (from $19.90–$20.05) and set Q4 adjusted EPS of $5.11–$5.16, which weighed on the stock intraday; the board authorized a $3 billion share‑repurchase program. Roper finished the quarter with about $320 million in cash and a net debt/EBITDA ratio near 3.0x.
