Two Arrested in Bacup Following Man's Street Death

A man in his 30s was found fatally injured on Newchurch Road in Bacup, Lancashire, in the early hours of November 1, and despite paramedics' efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Two people from Bacup, a 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody as investigations continue.
