Kelly and Mark's 2025 Halloween: 67–74 Costumes

Live with Kelly and Mark’s Oct. 31, 2025 Halloween episode aired as an over-the-top, pop-culture–packed special in which hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos changed into an estimated 67–74 costumes. Highlights included spoofs of Apple TV+'s Severance, an opening Labubus/Lafufu bit, a recreation of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce on the New Heights set, and impersonations of Chappell Roan, Benson Boone, Reed and Sue from Fantastic Four, Love Island and more. Recurring segments such as “Kitchen Idol” (featuring Ryan Seacrest) and a Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders dance ran alongside pre-taped sketches filmed over several weeks. The broadcast featured multiple celebrity cameos, including Jerry O’Connell, Maria Menounos, Leslie Odom Jr. and Lionel Richie, and included moments in which Ripa joked about repeatedly spoofing Taylor Swift and the hosts admitted sometimes not knowing their current character. The show also revived Live’s audience Halloween contest, with prizes valued at more than $18,000 including an eight-day Danube River cruise, and was accompanied by behind-the-scenes coverage from outlets including PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly.
