Joshua Jackson, Jodie Turner-Smith Settle Divorce, Dispute Over Daughter's Schooling

Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have settled most aspects of their divorce, including agreeing to a 50-50 custody arrangement for their five-year-old daughter, Juno, and Jackson paying $2,787 per month in child support, with no ongoing spousal support due to a lump sum payment. However, the former couple remains in a legal dispute over where their daughter will attend elementary school. Turner-Smith wants Juno to transfer to a new school she researched and confirmed is near Jackson's home, but claims Jackson refuses to agree to the move. As a result, Turner-Smith has requested the court enforce an order granting her authority to choose Juno's school. She is also seeking $75,000 from Jackson to cover her attorney fees related to the school dispute. Despite their differences on this issue, their divorce settlement otherwise appears to be amicable.
