Woman Dead Man Injured in Provo Kyhv Peak Rollover Crash

A rollover crash on Kyhv Peak Road near Provo early Friday morning resulted in the death of a woman and injuries to a 33-year-old man. The man self-transported to a local emergency room with head and leg injuries and informed medical staff that another person was still unresponsive in the vehicle. Police found the overturned car about 50 yards off the roadway and discovered the deceased woman inside. Kyhv Peak Road was closed for approximately six hours while the Provo Police Department’s Traffic Accident Team processed the scene. The identities of the individuals involved and the cause of the crash have not been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
