Multiple Teen Shootings Across Midwest

Separate shootings across multiple Midwestern cities injured several people, many of them teenagers. In Milwaukee, three people were taken to a hospital after a shooting just outside Marquette University's campus on Oct. 18 while Milwaukee police and Marquette University police investigated. In Gautier, Mississippi, three people were wounded in a shooting on Ladner Road Saturday evening, one of whom was listed in critical condition. In Racine, three juveniles were shot outside the Tyler Domer Community Center around 6:10 p.m.; victims included a 14-year-old with a thigh wound, a 16-year-old shot in the foot, and another 16-year-old flown to a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, prompting alarm and increased police presence. In Aurora, a 16-year-old suffered a non-life-threatening lower-extremity wound near a park while children were playing; investigators are seeking tips and Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward. All incidents remain under active investigation as authorities continue to seek information and confirm details.
