Frank Zappa's 1975 Album 'One Size Fits All' Gets 50th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition

Frank Zappa's 1975 album One Size Fits All is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a comprehensive suite of new releases, including a five-disc Super Deluxe Edition featuring 58 tracks, 49 of which are previously unreleased. The collection, available on September 26, includes a remastered version of the original album, session bonus tracks, alternate edits, a complete 1974 live concert from Rotterdam, and a Blu-ray with Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround sound mixes as well as vintage videos. Special vinyl editions are also being released: a 180-gram 2LP "Black Glitter" edition with a new analog cut and bonus highlights, and a limited edition 1LP on 180-gram "Blue Galaxy" vinyl housed in a silver foil jacket with exclusive lithographs. The Super Deluxe Edition comes with a 36-page booklet featuring unseen photos and new essays by music journalists and longtime collaborators. Additionally, a new merchandise collection and a revived digital platform for Zappa's video releases have been launched to coincide with the anniversary. This milestone edition honors One Size Fits All as one of Zappa's most musically adventurous works from his peak mid-70s period with the revamped Mothers of Invention.
