Echo Raises $15M Seed to Scale AI-Based Vulnerability-Free Container Images
Echo Inc., an Israeli cybersecurity startup founded in early 2025 by Eilon Elhadad and Eylam Milner, raised $15 million in seed funding led by Notable Capital and Hyperwise Ventures to scale its AI-powered infrastructure platform. Echo focuses on eliminating software vulnerabilities at the source by using AI agents to analyze, rebuild, and continuously patch container base images, ensuring they are free of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) by design. This approach provides enterprises with secure, compliant container images that reduce attack surfaces without disrupting existing development workflows or requiring non-standard software. Echo's technology is already deployed at dozens of organizations, including Vectra AI, Port, UiPath, and Varonis, and is integrated with leading cybersecurity platforms such as Wiz, Orca, and Aqua Security. The company addresses the growing cybersecurity risks intensified by the rapid pace of AI-driven software development, which has led to a significant increase in discovered vulnerabilities and exploitation attempts. The new funding will support Echo's team expansion, product development, and go-to-market efforts to help enterprises build scalable, secure applications on a vulnerability-free foundation.
